Connections Family Programs (Fee-For-Service Programs)
We’re excited to launch Connections Family Programs, a new fee-for-service social enterprise from Saanich Neighbourhood Place!
Through this initiative, we’ll offer evening and weekend prenatal education, parenting programs, and specialty cooking classes to a wider audience. Your registration does more than provide access to quality programs — 100% of proceeds will support SNP’s free community programs, including family support, food security initiatives, and youth outreach. It also helps us build a more sustainable future for our organization.
Registration has begun for Fall 2026 through Saanich Recreation’s Program Activity Guide.

We’re excited to offer a selection of programs this fall through Connections Family Programs! These sessions are designed to provide families with practical tools, helpful information, and opportunities to connect and learn together in a welcoming, supportive environment.
🤰 Childbirth Education
Get ready for your little one with our 6-week prenatal program for pregnant people from 32 weeks and their support person. Together, we’ll explore birth, comfort and coping, feeding, newborn care, and the postpartum period — with supportive, evidence-based information to help you feel informed, prepared, and confident.
💚 Co-Regulation
Parenting can be hard, and you don’t have to figure it all out alone! Explore the idea of co-regulation and learn practical tools to help navigate stress, big feelings, and challenging moments. This welcoming program is open to guardians of children of all ages.
🎨 Learning Through Play
Play is how children learn, grow, connect, and make sense of their world! Join us to explore the power of play and discover simple, everyday ways to support your child’s development while having fun and building connection together. For guardians of children 0–6 years old.
