Early Parenthood

Pre and Post Natal Programs

Finding out you're going to be a parent is exciting and generates a lot of questions. The first year or so after your baby arrives can be equally challenging. We understand and have created programs especially for parents in this stage of family life.

Best Babies (In-person)
Our Best Babies program is for all parents-to-be and their partner or support person. Find out what to expect during pregnancy and early parenting, and get information and resources to support you and your new baby.  Open to parents from early pregnancy until your baby is six months of age. In person participation.  Contact [email protected] to register.

Baby Playgroup (In-person)
Baby Groups provide parents with children up to eighteen months of age a place to connect and learn from others in a similar place in life. Offered at our Pearkes location, these are popular support circles offering play opportunities for the little ones, with a social aspect for parents.  Register from the drop-in programs page.

To find out more, contact [email protected] or call 250-360-1148
