The Annual General Meeting of all registered societies is an opportunity to share review the activities of an organization's past fiscal year, elect or re-elect members to the Board of Directors, and share information about the coming year's plans. Supplemental information may be provided to give interested parties time to become familiar with proposed changes to organizational or operational activieties.
This year, Saanich Neighbourhood Place will be sharing an updated Strategic Plan for the organization. The draft document can be viewed using the link on this page.
There has also been an update to our society bylaws, to bring them in line with the currently accepted version as set by the BC Societies Act. For SNP, the changes were largely made to language. The updated draft SNP bylaws can be viewed using the link on this page.
